Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient process. 1. Appointment Booking Scheduling: All consultations must be booked through our official booking platform on Wix. Availability: Appointment times are based on consultant availability and are subject to change. Advance Booking: We recommend scheduling your session at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. 2. Payment Terms Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable, as they are considered a donation to The Billionaire Women’s Club Charity. 3. Rescheduling Policy Reschedule Window: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without additional charges. Late Rescheduling: Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $25. 4. Cancellation Policy Non-Refundable Policy: If you cancel your appointment, no refunds will be issued. You may reschedule within the allowed timeframe. 5. No-Show Policy Missed Appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to reschedule within the designated window, your payment will be forfeited. 6. Late Arrival Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Session Adjustment: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. 7. Consultation Delivery Virtual Sessions: All consultations will be conducted via video conferencing unless otherwise specified.
