During the event, you will also file all necessary forms and documents to apply to the CACFP and SFSP programs with the state and IRS. Please note that there are additional state and IRS fees for formation and incorporation, so make sure you have an additional $335.00 available on a credit or debit card to submit these fees directly to the state and IRS.
